OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We do appreciate that there are occasions where appointments need to be cancelled. We do, however, require a minimum of 24 hours notice or a 50% charge will be applied to your account.

SAFETY

It is vital that consultations are completed prior to treatments and that we are advised of any medical conditions, medication, pregnancies or changes during your treatment plans.

All consultations are complimentary and it can take up to 60 minutes to assess your skin and medical conditions. On occasion we may need to contact your GP for permission to treat you.

PUNCTUALITY

We would ask that clients arrive on time for appointments to enable us to carry out the full treatment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers will be valid for a maximum of 12 months, these can be purchased for yourself or as gifts in store or online at www.skintec.co.uk.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards including American Express. We do not accept cheques as a method of payment. Finance options are available, subject to status and are provided by a third party.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Due to the aesthetic nature of our treatments, bookings are on an appointment only basis.

Medical Skincare consultations must be completed prior to treatment.
