Semi Permanent Make Up

Semi permanent make up is a pigment that is added safely to the skin to enhance brows. The main difference between ‘semi permanent make up’ and ‘micro blading’ is semi permanent make up uses a machine and can be a deeper pigment application and micro blading uses a handheld device. 

You’ll have minimal redness and swelling for the first 24 hours and for 4-10 days the colour will be 40% darker than the look you want to achieve – a bit like wearing heavy makeup.

There’s no real downtime and most of our treatments certainly don’t stop you doing your normal day-to-day activities.

Permanent makeup procedures are performed using various devices, including the traditional tattoo coil machines, the pen or rotary machine (includes the digital rotary machines) and the non-machine or hand device. The process includes a consultation, the application of pigment, and at least two or more follow up visits for evaluating the healed design work and colour of the pigment.

Semi permanent makeup lasts about 24 months, but it’s difficult to generalise because the fading process is dependent on so many variables – for instance, if you who love to tan, it’s likely that your enhancement will fade faster.

We recommend that you return to refresh your enhancement every 12-15 months and the charge for this is approximately half the original price.
